Refund Policy

Effective date: May 2025

This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions to the ReviewGuard service (the "Service") operated by Atomus Global. It works together with our Terms of Service.

1. Monthly Subscription Model

ReviewGuard is offered as a monthly subscription. Fees are billed in advance for each monthly period and automatically renew until you cancel.

2. Refund Window - First Payment

You may request a full refund within fourteen (14) days of your first payment for a subscription, provided that the Service was not substantially used during that period. Substantial use includes, for example, generating multiple AI-assisted response drafts, downloading reports, or otherwise consuming a meaningful portion of the included features.

3. Renewals

Renewal payments after the first billing period are generally non-refundable once the new billing period has started, except:

  • Where a refund is required by applicable law; or
  • At our sole discretion, in cases of service disruption, billing error, or other exceptional circumstances.

4. Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancelling your subscription stops future renewals, but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. Depending on the situation, you may continue to have access to the Service until the end of the period you have already paid for.

5. How to Request a Refund

Refund requests should be sent to admin@atomusglobal.com and must include:

  • The email address associated with your account;
  • The business name, if applicable;
  • The reason for the refund request.

We will review your request within a reasonable timeframe and reply by email.

6. Processing by Paddle

Approved refunds are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record and payment processor. Paddle may contact you directly regarding payment or refund support and may request additional information to complete the refund.

7. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your jurisdiction.
