Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ReviewGuard (the "Service"), operated by Atomus Global ("we", "us", or "our"). By subscribing to or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Subscription Service

ReviewGuard is a subscription service that helps local businesses monitor Google reviews, generate AI-assisted response drafts, and receive reputation reports. Access to the Service is provided on a recurring monthly basis for the duration of your active subscription.

2. Account Authorization & Google Business Profile

To use the Service, you must have the legal right and proper authorization to connect, operate, or manage the Google Business Profile, Google Reviews, and related review surfaces of the business whose data is being processed. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you hold the required permissions before connecting any business account or providing access credentials to ReviewGuard.

3. Nature of the Service - No Guarantees of Results

ReviewGuard provides drafts, automation support, monitoring, and reporting capabilities. The Service does not guarantee:

• The removal, deletion, or suppression of any review;
• An increase in your average rating or star count;
• Improvements in search ranking or visibility;
• Any specific financial, commercial, or reputational outcome.

Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including the actions of third-party platforms (such as Google), your customers, and your business operations.

4. User Responsibilities

Where the Service produces draft responses or automated suggestions, you are responsible for reviewing and approving such content before publication when applicable. You remain responsible for the final content published under your business's name and for ensuring it complies with applicable laws and the policies of the platforms you use.

5. Payments, Taxes & Billing

Payments, applicable taxes, invoices, refunds, and billing-related operations for the Service are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited and its affiliates ("Paddle") acting as our merchant of record and payment processor. By subscribing, you also agree to Paddle's applicable terms regarding payment processing. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis and renew automatically until cancelled.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel future renewals of your subscription at any time by contacting us at admin@atomusglobal.com. Cancellation will stop future renewals; access to the Service for the remainder of the current paid period is described in our Refund Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Atomus Global, its affiliates, officers, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunities, or loss of data, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our aggregate liability for direct damages shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us for the Service during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through reasonable means. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and enforced to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Mandatory consumer protection rights in your jurisdiction are not affected.
